Today is National Parent Involvement Day! It is incredibly important for parents and guardians to be involved in their children’s education.
We encourage our families to attend parent-teacher conferences, volunteer in our schools, and constantly check in with their kids about their assignments and academic progress. We appreciate your partnership as we help our students learn and grow!

CLMS hosted a luncheon for Veterans. Forty-eight veterans and their guests attended the celebration. Thank you to all who attended!

It's American Education Week! We thought we would take some time to celebrate our staff and the wonderful work they do each day for students at Central Lee. Our staff is the reason students "choose" to be at Central Lee! #Proud2bCL

Happy American Education Week! We’re pleased to take this opportunity to celebrate public education and the amazing educators who serve our students each and every day.
Their work has never been more challenging or important as it is right now. If you have a chance, be sure to thank a teacher this week!

Mr. Van Ausdall’s Accounting I class had the privilege of listening to guest speakers from the Accounting profession. Sally Boyer (shown on the right), CPA at Menke & Company in West Point, and Megan Dohman (shown on the left), CPA at Case New Holland Industries in Burlington gave a presentation on what Accounting really is and potential careers in the field. The two speakers emphasized that Accounting is much more than sitting behind a desk and crunching numbers. Rather, Accountants are the backbone to any successful business, they help keep finances in order, and their roles and responsibilities can vary from business to business. Megan even got to practice driving the largest Case Dozer that they manufacture at their facility. Thanks, ladies, for sharing a great presentation with our students!
