The FFA served over 450 supporters of the FFA including 2nd graders from the Central Lee Elementary. Central Lee High School had 4 student science researchers submit their research for the 2024 Heartland Regional Junior Science and Humanities Symposium on the campus of The University of Iowa February 26th and 27th in Iowa City, Iowa. Student participants were Seniors: Sidney Gruntmeir, Mercedes Kirchner; Junior: Alivia Cook; Freshman: Allison Gruntmeir. The students went on lab tours on the campus of The University of Iowa, attended keynote seminars, watched student seminar presentations, and presented their research in the poster session.
