Students had a valuable day of learning, collaborating with peers from across the conference, and experiencing new rehearsal techniques through both large ensemble rehearsals and sectional practices.

Bowen performed Pequeña Czarda by Pedro Iturralde at the festival.

These young people bring courage, adaptability, and a unique perspective to our classrooms, and we are grateful for the role they play in our community. 💜

We had the absolute JOY of celebrating our Unified Team as they headed off to Iowa Special Olympics Districts! 💛
And what an incredible moment to celebrate….

Congratulations to Winnie and Greyson!
A huge thank you to coaches Erin Benner and Kassidy Simmons, along with community member Marge Lightfoot with Iowa Community Care Foundation, for the time, encouragement, and heart you pour into these students. Your support truly makes a difference.
We loved seeing our entire PK- 8 student body come together, lining the hallways for a celebratory parade and creating posters through Leadership Neighborhood pair ups to cheer on their peers with excitement and pride. That is what it means to shine bright together!
We are beyond proud of the effort, courage, and leadership these students show every single day. They truly represent inclusion, teamwork, and heart.
Way to go, team! You make us all Proud2bCL 💫👏

Please make sure students eat a healthy breakfast or arrive on time for a FREE hot school breakfast. Students should have their iPads fully charged.
